Hello, I'm Abbey an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Nutritionist. Lover of all things food, cooking and nourishing our bodies, mind, and community. I take an evidence-based, real food approach to nutrition. I believe everyone should learn the skill of cooking and love inspiring my clients to get in the kitchen and learn to love food and cooking.

Throughout my career I have worked across a range of community and clinical based settings from Aged Care, schools, medical centres, private clinics and delivering health promotion programs in my local community such as the NSW Government program 'Go4Fun' and Jamie Oliver's 'Learn Your Fruit & Veg' program. Learn more how you can get involved here.

I have a special interest in gut health and IBS, mental health and nutrition for individuals with disabilities. I am a Monash FODMAP trained dietitian and love helping clients take control of their IBS and enjoy food again. Of course as any passionate foodie will know, food can have have a powerful impact on our mood. The great news is the research supports this too! One of my favourites areas of nutrition is diversifying our eating to improve our gut health and mood!

My unique services step outside the traditional clinic room and incorporate virtual programs, real foodie chat, recipes and cooking as much as possible. This is with the aim to not only educate and empower you but truly INSPIRE you to think about food, health and nutrition differently.
