4 Tablespoons chia seeds
1.5 cups unsweetened coconut milk
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 cup diced mango
2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes
1.5 serves (45g) protein powder (optional)
2 heaped tablespoons Greek yoghurt
In a mixing bowl combine chia seeds, coconut milk, protein powder and maple syrup. Whisk well, wait 5 mins, then whisk again.
Divide into 2 containers or jars. Top with yoghurt & mango. Cover with lid and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours to set.
Serve topped with toasted coconut and enjoy!
