1⁄2 cup rolled oats
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp matcha powder
1⁄2 cup soy milk
1 tsp maple syrup
2⁄3 cup plain Greek yoghurt
3⁄4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
Step 1
Combine oats, chia seeds and matcha powder in a small bowl, container or jar. Mix well to combine. Ensure your matcha powder is evenly mixed throughout.
Step 2
Add soy milk, maple syrup and half of the Greek yoghurt. Mix really well to combine and try make sure you have no clumps of matcha powder!
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3-4 hours).
Step 4
Serve topped with raspberries and remaining Greek yoghurt.
