1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp pepitas
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 tablespoon greek yoghurt
To serve
3/4 cup berries (my favourite is blackberries & raspberries)
1 Tablespoon Greek yoghurt
1 tsp natural peanut butter
cinnamon
Combine oats, seeds, maple syrup, milk and 1 Tbsp yoghurt in a small bowl, jar or container. Mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve topped with berries, a dollop of Greek yoghurt, a drizzle of peanut butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Overnight oats is my favourite breakfast to prep the night before if I need to take brekky on the go, or just minimise any prep in the morning! I love changing up the fruits and toppings for different flavour combinations! This one will be sure to keep you full and satisfied all through the morning.
